Maximum occupancy: 4 guests

Smoking is not allowed (this includes electronic cigarettes)

Pets are not permitted

Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM

Check-out: strictly before 11:00 AM

Booking and Cancellation Policy

To book A 30% deposit is required when booking more than 14 days before arrival.  The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 14 days prior to check-in.

If booking within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

T o cancel

You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the booking.

Last-minute bookings

Direct bookings made on the day of arrival or within 14 days before arrival will only be confirmed once full payment has been received.

Rescheduling your stay

Changing the dates of your stay is subject to availability. Please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We only accept payments in euros (€).
